A creative at heart and a producer by trade, Ashley is a champion of ideas and a master of getting shit done.

Ashley became EVP, Head of Production at Leo Burnett in 2022 and has built a powerhouse department, curating a team of tenacious humans dedicated to staying ahead of the curve and setting new standards for excellence in creativity.

In 2021, she produced the Emmy nominated ‘Lost Class' campaign for Change the Ref, a groundbreaking activation that aimed at turning the tables on the NRA. It not only earned awards including Agency of Year for Leo Burnett at the Clios, One Show and ACD, it left an indelible mark on societal conversations.

Prior to joining Leo Burnett, Ashley spearheaded the development of VSA Partners’ production department and content studio as their Associate Partner Executive Director of Production, oversaw all broadcast at Cavalry across the Coors Family of Brands work, and held roles at Y&R and Energy BBDO.

Her span of work has been recognized by the Emmys, Cannes, Clios, D&AD, ADC, LIA Awards, The One Show, FWA and the Effies.

But perhaps one of her finest achievement to date happened one cold, cold January night. In Lithuania. Where she made her rap debut. In a booth with Vanilla Ice.
